OUSH WELLNESS provides sales from the market, its use for our Sales persons only. By registering as a Sales person authorized by Company or by using the OUSH WELLNESS Service in any way, you accept these Terms of Service ("Agreement"), which forms a binding agreement between you and OUSH WELLNESS. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not use the OUSH WELLNESS Service.

Who May Use OUSH WELLNESS

You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to subscribe in the OUSH WELLNESS service. The person should be the accreted staff of the company.

License to Use OUSH WELLNESS

OUSH WELLNESS grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the OUSH WELLNESS Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes the right to view content available on the OUSH WELLNESS Service. This license is personal to you and may not be assigned or sub-licensed to anyone else. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.

OUSH WELLNESS Service

OUSH WELLNESS regularly makes changes to the service, including the content. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our service, including our website, user interfaces, promotional features and availability of OUSH WELLNESS content.

Information we collect automatically :

You agree to use the OUSH WELLNESS service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content therein. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, and create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through the OUSH WELLNESS service.

Registration

To fully use the OUSH WELLNESS Service, you must register as a Staff/ Member by providing a user name, password, and valid email address. You must provide complete and accurate registration information to OUSH WELLNESS and notify us if your information changes. Your OUSH WELLNESS subscription will continue until it is terminated. To use the OUSH WELLNESS service you must have Internet access and an OUSH WELLNESS ready device - which may be any PCs, Laptops, Tablets & Mobile devices, once subscribed to the service then it is free for you to watch and stream anything from full feature length movies to latest reality and game shows. You can find the details regarding your OUSH WELLNESS subscription by visiting our website/app and clicking on the "Your Account" link at the top of the pages of the OUSH WELLNESS website /app, under your profile name. We encourage you to use your real name.

Passwords and Account Access

The Subscriber/Sales person who created the OUSH WELLNESS account has access and control over his/her OUSH WELLNESS account and the OUSH WELLNESS ready devices that are used to access our service. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account, the Account Owner should maintain control over the OUSH WELLNESS ready devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the neither password nor details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.

Term and Termination; Account Deletion

Term : This Agreement begins on the date you first use the OUSH WELLNESS Service and continues as long as you have an account with us.

Account Deletion : You may delete your account by informing us at any time. Subscription accounts will remain active until the end of the subscription term and any renewal term.

Termination for Breach : OUSH WELLNESS may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) or block or remove any content you submitted if OUSH WELLNESS determines that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage OUSH WELLNESS's reputation and goodwill. If OUSH WELLNESS deletes your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for the OUSH WELLNESS Service. OUSH WELLNESS may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

Content Restrictions : You may not upload, post, or transmit (collectively, "submit") any video, image, text, audio recording, or other work (collectively, "content") that:

• That the OUSH WELLNESS Service will be permitted in your jurisdiction.
• That the OUSH WELLNESS Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Concerning any content submitted by any Subscriber/Sales person/Sales person.
• Concerning any third party's use of content that you submit.
• That any content you submit will be made available on the OUSH WELLNESS Service or will be stored by OUSH WELLNESS.
• That the OUSH WELLNESS Service will meet your business or professional needs.
• That OUSH WELLNESS will continue to support any particular feature of the Service; or Concerning sites and resources outside of the OUSH WELLNESS Service, even if linked to from the OUSH WELLNESS Service.
